The repair by metal lock and metal stitching technique is a proven method. It is used for repairing damaged engine blocks, turbo casings, cylinder liners, pistons, and other major spares of diesel engines and heavy mechanical equipment.

The area of the crack must be identified and marked. We undertake crack detection by MPI and the dye-penetrant method, depending on the thickness of the casting. When necessary, we perform metal stitching on both sides of the damaged area. We provided that there is sufficient space for the approach of our pneumatic tools.
